How NovaPulse Ltd collects, uses and protects personal data, in plain English.

Effective date: 21 October 2026

1. Who we are

NovaPulse Ltd ("NovaPulse", "we", "us") is a software company registered in Ireland, company number (CRO) 791456. Our registered address is 52 Castle Farm, Shankill, Dublin 18, D18 N625, Ireland.

We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. That means we decide why and how it is used, and we are responsible for looking after it under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Acts 1988 to 2018.

For any privacy question or request, email contact@novapulse.ie.

2. Visitors to this website

We keep what we collect from website visitors to a minimum.

No cookies. This website does not set cookies for advertising, tracking or analytics, and we do not use social media tracking pixels.

Privacy-friendly visitor statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and understand which pages are useful. It does not use cookies. It records things like the page visited, the referring website, your browser, operating system and device type, and your approximate country. Vercel does not store your IP address for this purpose; it uses a short-lived anonymous identifier that changes every day, so we cannot identify you or follow you across websites. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running and improving our website.

Hosting. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web host, Vercel's servers process technical information such as your IP address and browser details in order to deliver pages to you and to protect the service from abuse. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a secure, working website.

No contact forms. This website has no contact form and does not ask you to submit any personal data. To get in touch, please email us directly.

Links to other sites. Our website links to other sites, such as LinkedIn. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

3. Business contacts

If you email us, or we work with you or your organisation, we process your name, email address, job title and organisation, and the content of our correspondence.

We use this to:

  • reply to your enquiry;
  • discuss, deliver and invoice our services;
  • keep proper business and accounting records.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running our business and responding to people who contact us, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract with you or your organisation, and meeting our legal obligations (for example, tax and company law record-keeping).

We keep business correspondence for as long as we have a business relationship and for up to six years after it ends, which is how long Irish tax and company law generally requires us to keep business records. We then delete it.

We do not send marketing emails, and we never sell your data.

4. Who we share data with

We only share personal data with service providers who help us run our business, namely:

  • Vercel Inc., which hosts this website and provides its visitor statistics;
  • our email service provider, which stores and delivers our email.

They may only use the data to provide their service to us. We may also disclose data where the law requires it, for example to the Revenue Commissioners or to comply with a court order. We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Vercel may process personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where it does, the transfer is protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, which require the recipient to protect the data to EU standards. You can ask us for more information about these safeguards.

6. Keeping data secure

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, such as access controls, strong authentication on our accounts, and encryption provided by our service providers. We limit access to personal data to the people who need it.

7. Your rights

Under data protection law you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
  • rectification: have inaccurate data corrected;
  • erasure: have your data deleted;
  • restrict how we use your data in certain cases;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
  • portability: receive data you gave us in a common, machine-readable format.

To use any of these rights, email contact@novapulse.ie. There is no charge, and we will reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission, Ireland's supervisory authority, at dataprotection.ie. We would appreciate the chance to sort it out with you first.

8. Children

This website and our business services are not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If a change significantly affects how we use your data, we will tell the people affected directly where we can.
